No Matter ~ My Friend

No matter the time nor space, 
we have a thread of love that shall never break.


No matter the paths we've chosen, 
they intertwine at points of the heart.


No matter the differences we have, 
our love is as constant as the moon.


No matter the looks, money or job, 
we know true beauty lies within our souls.


No matter the joy or the sadness, 
we are there to share it together.

No matter the color of our skin, 
we are bound by our humanity.


No matter the slipping away of youth, 
we see each other as vibrant and alive.


No matter the romance which may fade, 
we have each other's shoulders to lean upon.


No matter the weariness that overcomes us, 
we draw strength from one another.


No matter the time spent upon this earth, 
our love will live on forever ~ My Friend.
